We are an online shopping site so all orders can be placed online directly and if you need further assistance by phone, please call our office number (India +91- 95495 59914). Our office working hours are from 10AM till 6 PM.
How can I make the payment for my purchase. Can I pay by Cash ?
We have multiple payment options. Standard Payment method is via Credit or Debit Card through our secured online payment gateway. Also we accept direct Bank Transfers, Cash or Card On Delivery and payments via selected loyalty pouts. Cash On Delivery or Card On Delivery are available only to selected city limits. Also now we have introduced Points Pay where you can buy a product using Etihad Guest Miles or Etisalat More Rewards. Please check our payment page for EMI payment options.
How long it takes to deliver the products ?
Normally an order will take 2 to 7 days for shipping based on the shipping point. We have 3 kind of shipping options. One is the product that are shipped directly from our warehouse, which is known as “Takshrya Direct” which you can see under “Seller Details”. Second option is the goods that are shipped from Suppliers in India and 3rd option is the suppliers from India. the shipping time can be 2 to 7 days and for out side India suppliers, the delivery time can be more than 7 days.
Can I see the product and buy from your store ?
We keep our products in our warehouse in India. Where the selected products will be showcased for customer touch and feel experience. For the products that are supplied from our suppliers directly, there is no access to see the product in advance.

For International orders how will you deliver ? and How long it will take ?
We deliver to 25 countries world wide via leading courier like FedEx, Aramex and DHL. Normally the shipping time is 3 to 7 working days outside India, but if the ordered item is a special custom made product, delivery time can be extended. Normally below are our standard delivery time.
Furniture : 4 to 5 weeks .
Art and Craft Products : 3 to 7 Working Days
Is there any customs duty for international shipments ?
We are shipping out side India for many years, but for Scentik products we rarely face any customs duty requests. However we cannot guarantee any customs duty in your country as the formalities
If I don’t like the product, can I change for another one ?
Yes you can. But depends on pre approval and confirmation. Please visit our terms and conditions page for detailed guidelines.
Do I get Warranty on Furniture’s
Furniture’s and other products listed in the web site comes with Manufactures warranty only against any claim at the time of delivery of product. Warranty claim is possible against any manufacturing defects or damage during delivery only.
